The christening took place on Sunday, January 4th during the 9:30am service at Lake Park Lutheran Church. It was a very cold day! (Twenty degrees below zero when we drove to the church.) Pastor Gary Erdmann baptized Madeline. She cried throughout the ceremony, but fell back to sleep quickly afterwards. The christening gown was made from Debbie's wedding dress. Everyone came to the house after church for chili & cake.
